V.I.P. Volunteers are needed for many areas of events. The success of this event greatly depends on community involvement. We look forward to working with you and your family, if you are available, and interested in earning FREE admission buttons. Each Volunteer is asked to donate a minimum of 2 1/2 hours. Wouldn't it be nice to be part of this family-oriented, non-alcoholic New Year's Eve celebration of the arts in this special way?

• Building Host/Hostess to welcome guests
and entertainers at a specific venue site and assist with their requests.
• Information table staff to assist with button sales at venue
entrance, and provide general information to patrons.
• Bus tour guide to ride the bus route and offer information
pertaining to that bus and venues serviced.
• Badge Checker to check for admission badge on all patrons
entering specific venue.
• Help with art projects, displays, and other events during the evening.
• General assistance at our First Night®
Canfield office is also needed during the month of December.
• Serve on the steering committee or other sub-committees.
• Help with promotional events leading up to New Year's Eve, such as
the Fourth of July Parade, Canfield Fair, Lighting of the Green, Craft Shows
and others.
